Booking FAQs

Can I book a one-way ticket?

Coach travel is only available to purchase as a return. However, your ticket will remain valid if you choose to travel on one half of the journey.

Do I need to add the names of my additional passengers?

We only require the full name of the lead passenger.

Can I pay in installments?

No, Payment plans are not available.

When will I receive ticket confirmation?

A booking confirmation will be emailed to the lead passenger once booking is completed.

Can I only travel one leg of the journey?

You must notify us in advance if you plan to only travel one leg of the journey

Will you put on more transport if location is sold out?

If location is sold out contact us to discuss additional services

Where do I find my departure time and location?

All information is provided in your booking confirmation email and can be found online.

Where will I get dropped off at the event?

The drop-off location, which is allocated to us by the event, is never more than a short walk away from the exit.

Will my party be able to sit together?

Seats are allocated on a first come first served basis. For the best chance of sitting together, please arrive promptly to your pick-up location.

Will my coach have a toilet?

While a toilet onboard is likely, we cannot always guarantee this.

I’m having issues with my coach travel. How do I contact you?

For on-the-day travel queries and issues, please follow the contact advice on your booking confirmation.

I think I have left something behind on the coach. How do I retrieve it?

For all lost property requests, please contact us with your Be there reference number.
